The City of Jackson continues to sell vacant City-owned homes to provide more housing opportunities for the community.
11 City-owned properties are now listed for sale in the City-Owned Property Sales section of the City website. The homes range in price from $10,000 to $25,000 and need a varying degree of rehabilitation before they are safe for residents.
In recent years, the City of Jackson has been working with a realtor to sell vacant homes on the open market that were acquired through tax foreclosure.
Interested buyers should work with the realtor indicated on the listing. Offers must be approved by the Jackson City Council before moving forward with a sale.
