The City of Jackson Community Development Department has partnered with Neighborly Software to begin accepting applications for emergency hazard and major component homeowner rehab loans online starting Monday, November 21, 2022.
The application can now be completed online and is mobile friendly. Applicants will need to register in the system to apply and will be able to track the process of their application through the secure portal. Hard copies of the application are still available on the 3rd floor of City Hall for those without computer or smartphone access.
