2 down, 98 left to go! A newly constructed home on McBride Street is the second home to be completed and sold through our 100 Homes Program.
Since the program started last fall, staff have processed hundreds of applications. As of July 2024 we have:
- 16 homes under construction
- 6 foundations ready for digging
- 32 applicants pre-approved
- 2 homes completed and sold
