The Water Quality Report for 2023 is arriving in mailboxes in the City of Jackson and Blackman Township. This annual report that's required by the State of Michigan explains how water is sourced, treated, tested and delivered to homes and businesses. The report was mailed starting Thursday, June 20 and is going to all water customers in the City of Jackson and Blackman Township.
