W. Franklin Street near Downtown Jackson between S. Mechanic and S. Jackson streets will be CLOSED on Thursday, July 6.
The Department of Public Works is closing the street from roughly 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to install water and sewer services for new homes being built on the street.
This closure is weather dependent and could be rescheduled.
