Kelli began working with the Parks and Recreation department in 1993 as an intern, and was hired in full time in September of 1998. As Director, Kelli oversees the overall management, budgeting, marketing, staffing, and master plan development of the Department. After obtaining her degree in Community Recreation, Kelli has worked for the Parks and Recreation Departments of Washtenaw County, The City of Saline, and The City of Adrian before settling here in Jackson.
