About the City of Jackson Online Payment Portal

The City of Jackson offers a secure online payment portal designed to make paying utility bills easier, safer, and more flexible for residents. Powered by BS&A Software, Inc., the new system launched on January 7, 2026, and includes enhanced security features along with expanded payment options.

Residents who previously paid bills online will complete a one-time setup when accessing the new portal. While the setup process may take a few extra minutes on first login, the system is designed to protect personal and payment information while supporting modern, mobile-friendly payment methods.

The City of Jackson remains committed to providing secure, reliable, and accessible services for residents, while maintaining existing billing policies and in-person payment options.
