Elnora Moorman Plaza is located at the intersection of E. High Street and S. Milwaukee Avenue is a stopping point along the MLK Equality Trail. The park features the following:

• MLK Equality Trail access 

This park has been holding more community events in recent years due to its open green space and central location. It is named after Elnora Moorman, Jackson's first African American and woman to serve on the City Commission (now City Council).
