2019 Redesign

  1. City Council Meeting - VIRTUAL MEETING

    May 26, 2020, 6:30 PM

    This is a virtual meeting of the Jackson City Council. Because Jackson City Hall is closed due to COVID-19 concerns, this meeting will take place virtually, with officials joining an online video conference. This is allowed by temporary changes to State of Michigan law. Residents who would like to participate in the meeting can view live broadcasts of the meeting on the City's Facebook page, website, and on Comcast Cable Channel 21. A recording of the meeting will also be available on the City website the following day. Public comments may be submitted to the City Clerk's Office prior to the meeting. The comments will be read aloud by the Clerk during the virtual meeting. They must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. the day of the meeting to clerksoffice@cityofjackson.org or placing them in the City Hall drop box.

  2. Public Hearing for Proposed Substantial Amendment to 2019-20 CDBG Annual Action Plan - VIRTUAL MEETING

    May 26, 2020, 6:30 PM @ Virtual online meeting.

    The Jackson City Council will hold a virtual public hearing on Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. which will be livestreamed through https://www.facebook.com/cityofjacksonmi/ and the City of Jackson's website, cityofjackson.org. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive citizen comments on the CDBG-CV Substantial Amendment and Amendment to the Citizen Participation Plan presented to City Council on May 12, 2020. All comments received during the public hearing will be considered and a summary incorporated into the Substantial Amendment. For comments to be specifically read during the public hearing, please submit via email to clerksoffice@cityofjackson.org. Please see the full meeting notice on this page for more information.
