The Jackson Brownfield Redevelopment Authority is overseen by a board of 11 members and generally meets on the second Wednesday of even months (February, April, June, August, October, December) at 9:00 am. Most of the agenda items are internal matters and do not involve the public; however, in the event that an external application is submitted, it shall comply with the schedule below to provide staff the time to prepare the analysis.  The City encourages applicants to inform staff of their plans prior to official submission of a request.  Doing so will help to avoid a delay in the consideration of a proposal.
