According to the Medical Marijuana ordinances approved by the Jackson City Council at its meeting on December 11th, 2018, those wishing to apply for a Medical Marijuana Facility License in the City of Jackson must complete an application packet.
Packets are to be turned into the Jackson City Clerk’s Office during normal business hours, which are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The office is located on the first floor of Jackson City Hall at 161 W. Michigan Ave. Applications will be accepted starting Wednesday, January 2nd, 2019. The application period closes Monday, March 4th at 11 a.m.
Standard forms are included in this initial packet, including an affidavit. However, more specific documents will be produced by the applicant.
