Inspection-Related Fees

By resolution of the City Council, the following fees were established:

Type of Inspection	Fee Per Unit	Comments
Initial Housing Inspection	$255.00 per hour
Additional Inspections	$255.00 per hour	Any additional inspection not included in the initial housing inspection.
Administrative Search Warrants	$255.00 per hour	This fee is in addition to administrative and police costs incurred for a housing inspection conducted under an administrative search warrant for a dwelling.
