Site Plan Review

Public Right-of-Ways & Connections to Sewers
The Engineering Division is responsible for managing:

• The public right-of-ways (Code of Ordinance, Chapter 23)
• Connections to sewers (Code of Ordinance, Chapter 27)

Minimum Site Plan Requirements
The Engineering Division will review all site plans when the Zoning Ordinance requires them. To be considered complete, a site plan must fulfill all of the applicable sections of the Minimum Site Plan Requirements (PDF).
