The Water Department mailed out water & sewer bills for Commercial and Second District Residential (South of Morrell) Accounts on February 24th, 2012. This payment is due on or before March 20th, 2012.
If payment is received after March 20th, a 10% penalty is applied to balance due. If you have any questions, or did not receive your bill, please call our Billing Office at (517) 788-4082, or visit the Billing Office at 521 Water Street. The Water Department now has the option of e-mailing your water/sewer bill. It you are interested in signing up for receiving your bill via e-mail, please send us your name, address and e-mail address to waterbilling@cityofjackson.org.

Please note water shut off for non-payment is scheduled for March 6th, 2012. If service is shut off an extra $30.00 is required, plus full payment of the outstanding bill, to reinstate service.
