Ward 6 makes up the southwest corner of the City of Jackson. The majority of the ward consists of residential housing, schools, churches and parks. The ward is also home to Ella Sharp Museum of Art and History, and two of Jackson’s many golf courses, Cascades Golf Course and Ella Sharp Park Golf Course.
