Officer Albrecht investigated a hit and run accident that occurred in the parking lot near Knibloe's Hardware. He identified the suspect driver.
Officers were dispatched to the Jackson Crossing for a vehicle which had driven through a window in the exterior of the building near Bed, Bath, and Beyond. No serious injuries were reported.
Officer Rose gave two presentations at Hunt Elementary School regarding bicycle safety.
Officers assisted the Michigan State Police in chasing and detaining a suspect who first fled in a vehicle and then on foot.
Officers were sent to Tate's Take Out for an armed robbery. No injuries were reported by anyone involved. The investigation is ongoing.
Officer Stanton was sent to a residence in the 100 block of N. Gorham St. The residents were asleep when they heard a noise from inside the house. Upon investigating, a kitchen window had been forced open, however entry was not gained into the residence by the suspect(s).
Officers are investigating a possible home invasion which occurred in the 900 block of Everhard.
