New Year in Jackson

Good afternoon, citizens and friends of Jackson,

It is with great joy and anticipation that I welcome the new year.  I believe that 2012 will be a year of great achievement for the City of Jackson.  I very much looking forward to moving ahead with our new Mayor, City Council and staff to accomplish the many goals we have in front of us.  I look forward to hearing from you as to how we are doing.

Welcome to the new blog being published in order to provide an additional tool to inform the residents and friends of the City of Jackson, Michigan.  It has been a wonderful honor to learn about the great City of Jackson.  We, as a community, are beginning to move forward on the challenges and opportunities before us.  Thank you for giving me the opportunity to learn and to serve our terrific community.
