Department is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday to help
serve your needs. Please

Water
& Sewer Billing
Commercial & Second District Residential
The Water Department mailed out water & sewer bills for Commercial and Second District Residential (South of Morrell) Accounts on August 25, 2010. This payment is due on or before September 20th, 2010.
If payment is received after September 20th, a 10% penalty is applied to the balance due. If you have any questions, or did not receive your bill, please call our Billing Office at (517) 788-4082.

The Water
Department now has the option of e-mailing your
water/sewer bill. It you are interested in signing
up for receiving your bill via e-mail, please send
us your name, address and e-mail address to waterbilling@cityofjackson.org.

at www.cityofjackson.org.

Please note water shut off for non-payment is scheduled for September 6th. If service is shut off an extra $30.00 is required, plus full payment of the outstanding bill, to reinstate service.
