Fall and winter are the seasons
for potholes, broken pavement, broken curbs and damaged or missing street
utility covers. DPW crews
work these problems ASAP. Please
call and let us know about any we may have missed.
Debris
fallen into the street Right-of-Way (ROW) such as tree limbs or a wheel
cover falling from a passing vehicle, is not a crime. Intentional
discarding of debris into the ROW is a crime, and is a violation of City
Codes: 18-84 Littering and
23-39(a)(2) Prohibited Obstructions. Help keep our streets clean and
safe, and report violators to the Jackson Police Department or DPW Office.
