Online Payments:

Online payments are now available for water/sewer bills, property taxes, Building Department permits, parking tickets and municipal invoices through Official Payments Corporation. Follow this Online Payments link and do the following:

Select Make A Payment, then
Select Local Payment, then
Enter jurisdiction code 7074, then
Select your payment type for the City of Jackson

Please note that after February 14th, 2008, property tax payments will only be accepted at the City Treasurer Office, 161 W. Michigan Avenue.

1-800-272-9829 Water/Sewer Payments:

Customers also have the option of calling 1-800-272-9829 to pay their water/sewer bill. A jurisdiction code is required to pay by this method. The code for the City of Jackson is 7074.
