ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DIVISION
The City of Jackson’s Economic Development Division focuses on business attraction, creation, retention and expansion in Jackson. It provides financing and tools for commercial, mixed-use and industrial development and expansion. The primary goal of the division is to enhance the City’s tax base, preserve and create jobs, redevelop blighted areas, provide commercial services to residents and promote Jackson as business friendly community.
