CALL TO ORDER.
The Jackson City Council met in regular session in City Hall and was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Mayor Jerry F. Ludwig.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - INVOCATION.
The Council joined in the pledge of allegiance. The invocation was given by Father James Shaver, St. John Catholic Church.
AGENDA.
Motion was made by Councilmember Polaczyk and seconded by Councilmember Greer to adopt the agenda. The motion was adopted by the following vote. Yeas: Mayor Ludwig and Councilmembers Breeding, Howe, Greer, Gaiser, Frounfelker and Polaczyk-7. Nays: 0. Absent: 0.

SELECTION OF VICE MAYOR.
Motion was made by Councilmember Polaczyk and seconded by Councilmember Gaiser to elect Councilmember Frounfelker to the position of Vice Mayor. The motion was adopted by the following vote. Yeas: Mayor Ludwig and Councilmembers Breeding, Howe, Greer, Gaiser, Frounfelker and Polaczyk-7. Nays: 0. Absent: 0.
APPOINTMENTS.
A. APPROVAL OF MAYOR'S RECOMMENDATION TO REAPPOINT WILLIAM R. ROSS TO THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE MAYOR'S TERM OF OFFICE, BEGINNING DECEMBER 1, 2007, AND ENDING NOVEMBER 30, 2009.
Motion was made by Councilmember Breeding and seconded by Councilmember Polaczyk to approve the Mayor's recommendation. The motion was adopted by the following vote. Yeas: Mayor Ludwig and Councilmembers Breeding, Howe, Greer, Gaiser, Frounfelker and Polaczyk-7. Nays: 0. Absent: 0.
ADJOURNMENT.
No further business being presented, a motion was made by Councilmember Howe and seconded by Councilmember Gaiser to adjourn the meeting. The motion was adopted by unanimous voice vote and the meeting adjourned at 7:08 p.m.
