CALL TO ORDER.
The Jackson City Council met in special session in City Hall and was called to order at 6:34 p.m. by Mayor Martin J. Griffin.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE.
The Council joined in the pledge of allegiance.
The Clerk noted attendance as follows. Present: Mayor Martin J. Griffin and Councilmembers Carl L. Breeding, William A. Mure, Daniel P. Greer, Sarah E. Mead and Andrew R. Frounfelker-6. Absent: Councilmember Jerry F. Ludwig-1.
Also present: City Manager William R. Ross, Assistant City Manager Richard J. Marsh, City Attorney Julius A. Giglio and City Clerk Lynn Fessel.
Mayor Griffin welcomed Officials from Blackman and Summit Townships.
PRESENTATIONS/PROCLAMATIONS.
A. PRESENTATION BY FISHBECK, THOMPSON, CARR & HUBER OF THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT STUDY.
Project Manager Jack Rafter presented the Study. He highlighted (1) why the program is needed, (2) the plant overview and condition assessment, (3) the regulatory forecast, (4) population and flow projects and (5) the capital improvements plan. A question and answer period followed.
ADJOURNMENT.
Mayor Griffin adjourned the meeting at 7:20 p.m.
