If payment is received after May 20, a 10% penalty is applied to balance due. If you have any questions or did not receive your bill, please call the Utility Billing Office at 517-788-4082, or visit our office at City Hall, 161 W. Michigan Avenue, 11th Floor. Water Shut Off
Please note water shut off for non-payment is scheduled for May 6, 2015. If service is shut off an extra $30 is required, plus full payment of the outstanding bill, to reinstate service.
